Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to look at my creations...I love making memories that I can share with my family and friends....and especially my daughters. They are my inspirations for creating a lot of these layouts. I love taking everyday ordinary things and making them into beautiful altered art. My downfall is buying beautiful papers and not wanting to use them because they are too gorgeous. LOL. Please take the time to check out my crafts, follow my blog and maybe even scraplift them and make sure you let others know where you got the idea...Love to have new followers of my blog.

Let it snow!

Hello ladies...I promised I would show you some of my christmas cards that I made..I know to early for christmas but have you ever heard of Christmas in July??? Well , I got to thinking and since it is august already I thought time goes to fast plus I will be in Disney in October and this is usually when I start them so I had to do some now...Very simple card and I did 3 of them. I usually don't make the same card..I usually make all different ones but I actually enjoyed doing this one.

Card Recipe:

I started off with a stamp (I think from stampendous) Don't you just love those penguins...I know I do. I used my colored pencils and mineral spirits to blend it.

Then I used my cb swissdots folder

I added some Aleene's glossy accents on the penguins, added some glitter snowwriter to the hats and underneath the penguins...

I used a flower from my stash and the leaves also, I added some ribbon lace and a couple of pieced of dcwv christmas stack paper ..

inside I used a Recollections stamp "Let it snow" added some more ribbon lace, inked with some blue..and wala 3 christmas cards only took my about 30 mins to finish all 3...used my glue gun on some of it. Thanks for stopping by and God bless all.
