Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to look at my creations...I love making memories that I can share with my family and friends....and especially my daughters. They are my inspirations for creating a lot of these layouts. I love taking everyday ordinary things and making them into beautiful altered art. My downfall is buying beautiful papers and not wanting to use them because they are too gorgeous. LOL. Please take the time to check out my crafts, follow my blog and maybe even scraplift them and make sure you let others know where you got the idea...Love to have new followers of my blog.

Off to school I go!

Hello again! This is my 2nd post for today..my 1st one is a blog award...I decided to do this lo because my dd is going to be going to Kindergarten this year. Oh my baby is growing up..sorry had a moment there. I am so proud of her. She graduated from Preschool and now off to Kinddy! This was a very simple layout since I don't get alot of time to myself anymore,with summer (my dd is home more) and my hubby graduated from night school back in July so now we spend all our free time together..taking walks, watching movies, etc. Which I am loving. The only time I do get is usually at night when they are sleeping. Anyway, sorry to ramble on, I will also be posting some cute christmas cards that I started yesterday ..so watch out for those too.

Layout recipe:

SYI = tree cut @ 5 3/4"

DC for the bus cut @ 4", the babyfaces (kids in the windows) cut @ 2 3/4"

George for the hexagon (stop sign) cut @ 1"

Pddu = bus driver face cut @ 2 3/4", Fence cut @ 2 1/2", hair (kids) cut @ 1 3/4", and the busdrivers hair cut @ 2"

Pooh Font for the title = off to school I go cut @ 1"

Pooh and friends cart for grass cut @ 1"

I used cuttlebug folder (I forget the name of this one) for the tree, I used nestabilities for behind the frame for pic....some scrap pieces of paper, faux stitched and wala a very simple layout...thanks for stopping by be sure to stay tuned for those christmas cards...I think they are cute, but that's just me! God bless all!
