Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to look at my creations...I love making memories that I can share with my family and friends....and especially my daughters. They are my inspirations for creating a lot of these layouts. I love taking everyday ordinary things and making them into beautiful altered art. My downfall is buying beautiful papers and not wanting to use them because they are too gorgeous. LOL. Please take the time to check out my crafts, follow my blog and maybe even scraplift them and make sure you let others know where you got the idea...Love to have new followers of my blog.

Altered mailboxes ....Valentines for teachers!

This is my 3rd post for today...I have been busy this week trying to finish projects that I have had sitting there for a another project done.

I bought these cute little mailboxes at Target for $1.00. I had to buy a few extras for next year too. Last year I made these for my dd, nieces and nephews and I absolutely loved I decided to make some more this year but for my daughter's 2 teachers. One is for her homeroom teacher and the other for her math and reading teacher. I hope they will enjoy these. I will then fill these with some valentine candy!

sweethearts cricut cart for the hearts (front of mailbox) cut @ 1 1/2"...added twinkle glitter writer, added a chipboard arrow, open is cut @ 1/2" with Teardrop cricut cart

used ms border punch and ribbon on both, added ribbon to the flag and some glitter sticker hearts....

inside is a envelop cut @ 4 1/2" with sweethearts, letter on the envelop is cut @ 2"

stamped inside with Happy Valentine's day stamp....used pink gel pen.

I hope you enjoy these and make a few for yourself or someone you love. Very easy to make and such a great gift. Thanks for stopping by.
