Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to look at my creations...I love making memories that I can share with my family and friends....and especially my daughters. They are my inspirations for creating a lot of these layouts. I love taking everyday ordinary things and making them into beautiful altered art. My downfall is buying beautiful papers and not wanting to use them because they are too gorgeous. LOL. Please take the time to check out my crafts, follow my blog and maybe even scraplift them and make sure you let others know where you got the idea...Love to have new followers of my blog.

Anime Happy Birthday card / PS embossing challenge!

Hello everyone...for some reason I can not sleep so I did this card...It is 1:30 am...my dh and dd and my dogs are all asleep but me! After I post this I think I will head to bed..gotta long day tomorrow. This will be my dd 1st day back to preschool since wednesday of last wk...and then I have to watch my niece Morgan, and then pick up my dd from preschool , get her cleaned up , eat something, and then head out the door for one of her friends "Olivia" 5th birthday party...run , run , run..oh well gotta love life, kids and unexpected things to come up...

This card is alittle different than I usually do...I tried some things I don't do and I just love how it came out...I guess I do better when I'm tired. Pratical Scrappers is doing an embossing challenge..I love to emboss so this is what I came up with..click on title Anime Happy Birthday card and it will take you to the site.

Card Recipe

I used GS for the sunflower cut @ 3", 2 3/4", 2 1/2" inked in light pink, used swiss dots cb folder and my ITop that I won one of my friends blogs....Dawn...Love this..

I used MS border punch (on the edge...can't see to well)

I used CB folders swiss dots, stylized flowers, sanded the white core cardstock, then inked, I doodled in white gel pen...

I used my nestabilities...which I need to get more ..just love these.

I also used scallop border cb folder and cut around the scallop...

I also sewed ribbon together by hand since I don't have a sewing machine...I think it came out cute...I added some pearls...and cut my own corner out..Last but not least I used a Anime clipart that I got online...thanks Wanda for showing me these..they are just so cute...thanks for looking and all the inspiration.
