Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to look at my creations...I love making memories that I can share with my family and friends....and especially my daughters. They are my inspirations for creating a lot of these layouts. I love taking everyday ordinary things and making them into beautiful altered art. My downfall is buying beautiful papers and not wanting to use them because they are too gorgeous. LOL. Please take the time to check out my crafts, follow my blog and maybe even scraplift them and make sure you let others know where you got the idea...Love to have new followers of my blog.

Back to School

Sorry I have it backwards...but you will get the idea...I made this lo for my dd who is going back to school this fall....probably like most of your kids... Hopefully none of you are getting sick of my school layouts....I have a few more, but I have to get back to my Erie and Idlewild layouts, so bare with me!

I love how this turned out....I used HK cart for the apple & books cut @ 2 1/2"
I also used HK for hello kitty cut @ 5"
Circle was a left over scrap, cut @ 6 1/2" with george cart
Backpack is cut @ 2 1/2" with Lockertalk
Paperclips are also cut with LT @ 1 1/4"
I added skittles to the circle which everything is popdotted with foam.
I cut out back to school from another page with the dcwv grade school paper.
I used paperglaze for the eyes and nose on HK.
I added skittle to her bow.
I cb with swissdots and cb where the pics will go with squares and distressed stripes.

I think that is all.....Have a Terrific Thursday! Will post more later...Thanks for looking and all that inspire me!
