Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to look at my creations...I love making memories that I can share with my family and friends....and especially my daughters. They are my inspirations for creating a lot of these layouts. I love taking everyday ordinary things and making them into beautiful altered art. My downfall is buying beautiful papers and not wanting to use them because they are too gorgeous. LOL. Please take the time to check out my crafts, follow my blog and maybe even scraplift them and make sure you let others know where you got the idea...Love to have new followers of my blog.

100 % Sweet Easel treat box!

Hello everyone! Let me start by saying that my dd dentist appointment went fine...which I was so thankful afterwards...it only took them about 5 mins after they used the gas (twilight sleep) on her...so thank you for the prayers...also it is another cold one here, it is about 11 degrees....I went and shoveled the walks and driveway already....my dd doesn't have school today so she is excited....well back to my easel box ...I used Wanda's idea on how to make it...my easel card came out different then hers but I think it turned out pretty good...I had to add extra support for the easel up top...so I added a piece of paper to the inside of the easel (sorta like a pic frame..) You can check out Wanda's blog for the tutorial...http://myscraphappyplace.blogspot.com/2010/01/tutorial-for-easel-card-box.html..or you can click on my title...thank you so much it was very helpful....this won't be my last.

I used Sweettreats for the icecream cone cut @ 3" pop dotted

I used GS for sweet cut @ 1"and added a skittle to it

I used GS also for the 100% pure cut @ 1 1/4" added ribbon through it

Calendar I got online...it is a different site then Wanda used but I saved it to my file folders and now I can't find the site to post it...sorry....

I added buttons for support and a icecream button to the box which I used Wanda's idea on how to hold the button with a paperclip...

I think that is all...so thank you to all who stop and all who inspire me...this one was inspired by the talented and creative Wanda....my mil also...thanks again!

The reindeer is cut @ 2 1/4" flipped using the christmas / noel cart also....

The tag is cut @ 2 1/2" with PSB

Happy birthday is a studio G stamp...added ribbon and cb with swiss dots and added poem inside of card..I think that is all...love how this turned out..hope you all like and thank you for stopping by...

Princess Morgan a gift for my niece!

It is still a cold one here...we got about 7 inches in the last 3 days....I have to take my dd to the dentist to have her cavities filled...she is only 4...they are going to use something called twilight....she will be half asleep....so I am a little nervous....so pray for us while we are there....thanks....

Anyway I made this 12X12 lo for my niece Morgan for her 3rd birthday...she is always saying she is a princess....I captured this pic on my mom and dad's christmas party...she put on this pretty dress she got from santa....and danced around in it...it was the cutest thing...so I am going to put it in a frame for her.....

I used SB for the title cut @ 1" Princess Morgan

I used DCT for Belle frame cut @ 5 1/4" added her pic and some pearls and a skittle to it.

I Also used DCT for Castle cut @ 8 1/8" and cb with mesh texture, swiss dots and I think it is called paisley

I used DCT for Ariel cut @ 4 3/4" and used some pink chalk to soften her face and hand

I used PDDU for the clouds cut @ 4 1/2" 3 times.....once in light yellow cs...and then in white.and once in blue..(can't see it to well)..layered it... Then the smaller one is cut @ 3" and done the same way....

I used GS for the butterflies cut @ 2" 3 times...added pearls and eyes...

Last but not least...I used a small flower punch and added some pearls to those....I have kept up with posting one a day but the next few days are going to be busy so I might get something done.....Thanks to all who inspire me!

Wow is it a cold one here! We have been having snow for the last few days none stop...I have been staying inside as much as possible...don't want to have to bundle up and drag my dd out somewhere..to much trouble....I do have to venture out the rest of this week including today..yuck! Anyway...I made this card for 2 reasons....one most important to me is my hubby for Valentine's Day! The other is for a challenge at the OCC blog....come check them out..they always have some interesting challenges..http://ourcreativecorner6.blogspot.com/.this one is just what you think is simple..and this is just what I came up with.....

I used George to cut out 4 squares cut @ 2" and shadowed and inked in black...then stamped with Studio G stamp with XOXO.....very simple

Then made another square in 2 1/2" and shadowed...stamped with a Studio G stamp that my mom picked up for me....I doodled XO's around it and added some pattern paper and ribbon...

Insides is a saying I got offline...I just googled card verses and went into the love poems..and wala a card....thanks to all who inspire me!

TRIM THE TREE!

Hello everyone...well here is another day and another layout....This is of my dd in 2009 putting on the ornaments...she loves to help and this year we put on the glass ornaments..for the past few years we put on shatterproof ornaments...so when we put the glass ones up she said "Mommy, I must be a big girl now" so that is some of the journaling that I put on this...I really love how this one turned out...

For this lo I used SB for the title " Trim the tree " cut @ 1 1/4"

Used Christmas / Noel cart for the tree cut @ 11 1/2"

Used George for the squares cut @ 2" and cuttlebugged with swiss dots and swirls ( 2 of my favorites)

I used JOTS for the ornaments cut @ 2 3/4" added ribbon to them and some bows that I made....

I used JOTS also for the Oval frame (right hand corner) click layers seasons greetings for this frame...added some black pearls to it and journaling (have to add journaling to my pages)

I think that is all , so thank you for stopping by and don't forget to leave comments...love to see what you think!
