Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to look at my creations...I love making memories that I can share with my family and friends....and especially my daughters. They are my inspirations for creating a lot of these layouts. I love taking everyday ordinary things and making them into beautiful altered art. My downfall is buying beautiful papers and not wanting to use them because they are too gorgeous. LOL. Please take the time to check out my crafts, follow my blog and maybe even scraplift them and make sure you let others know where you got the idea...Love to have new followers of my blog.

Brand spankin new Gear / SOUS Challenge!
Hello everyone....I did this sketch for the SOUS Challenge @ http://stuckonusketches.blogspot.com/ They wanted you to use pattern papers and do something out of your comfort zone...well I usually don't use alot of pattern papers all together, and I also don't use black, whites and pinks together...but love how this turned out..I used 3 different pattern papers...They other thing I usually do that I did not do on here was I use alot of flowers and flourishes so doing this one without it was a little challenging but I enjoyed making this today...I did change the sketch alittle.
This lo is of my beautiful 4 year old dd...she had been asking me to play soccer since last year but last year I could not sign her up since it was already in the season...so this year she asked me again and I said sure why not....she needed all the gear...so we went out today and got her the pink / black shoes, pink / black shinguards, the socks and the package included a ball so I let her pick it out and she picked purple...her favorite color.She can not wait to play.
Layout recipe:
SB = Marquee2 cut @ 7"
GS = Image 45-s (with journaling on it) cut @ 4 1/2"
Title brand spanking new cut @ 2"
Arrows (2 different ones) black and white cut @ 3 1/4"
I also used Mickey font for "GEAR" cut @ 2"
I doodled the lo pink mat, the arrows, the title, journaled and used ricrac (which I usually don't use that either....) thanks for looking and I loved playing along with the Sous challenge...thanks for getting my mojo back...needed that!!!
