Jammin / Pratical Scrappers Challenge!
Hello Ladies! Sorry I have not been on here in a while...like most of you I have been really busy, and since it has been so beautiful here I have been taking advantage of it by being outside...I think I got my mojo back too...I also got some time to myself last night and today so I decided to do another challenge..this one is for Pratical Scrappers http://www.practicalscrappers.com/ ...they want you to use any kind of markers...I used a white marker...markers are usually not my thing..gel pens are...but I hope you like what I created...This is of my dd (4 years old) jammin to her mp3 player..she just loves music.
I used the white marker to make the swirls and stars on the plain black cardstock...then I also used the marker to make swirls on the red border with the music notes on it...Used Ms border punch, brad for the tag, used white marker on the gold stars....never did that before...turned out great...they look better in person.
Carts used :
Paisley
for the title Jammin cut @ 2 1/4"
MP3 player cut @ 2 1/4" popdotted off the page.
Music notes cut @ 1 3/4" twice and the shift music notes cut @ 1 3/4"
George cart
stars cut @ 1 3/4" three times used white marker on them
Tag cut @ 3 1/2" (I always have to journal, whether it is a date, some info , or just to say how much I love my dd)
I hope all of you enjoyed...and stop back tomorrow for a look at another layout I finished...but I thought I would only post one a day!
I love the colors! I love the title and great job on the marker usage. Thanks for playing at P.S.
