Celebrate Birthday card!

Hello again! This is my 2nd post for today...so be sure to scroll down and check all my creations. This card is for my sister..her birthday is next wednesday. This card could also be for new years.....


Card recipe:

Sweethearts cart : champane glass cut @ 3 1/4" added vellum and some gold ribbon (spraying out top)

Also used Sweetheart cart : May all your dreams come true cut @ 2 3/4"

I made the background paper with inkadinkado stamp and some gold ink..., used ms border punch, some lace, scrappy cat stamp "Celebrate", nestabilities and cb folder swiss dots and a happy birthday folder....some jems...
