Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to look at my creations...I love making memories that I can share with my family and friends....and especially my daughters. They are my inspirations for creating a lot of these layouts. I love taking everyday ordinary things and making them into beautiful altered art. My downfall is buying beautiful papers and not wanting to use them because they are too gorgeous. LOL. Please take the time to check out my crafts, follow my blog and maybe even scraplift them and make sure you let others know where you got the idea...Love to have new followers of my blog.

A wreath for my daughter's teacher / scraplifted idea.

Hello ladies....With school right around the corner , I have been looking for some teacher gift ideas...I came around Ruth's (September Ninth blog) http://septemberninth.blogspot.com/2011/08/back-to-school-decor.html ...she is so talented go check out her blog. She got the idea from someone else and also from Hobby Lobby....I thought this was such a cute idea for a teacher's gift that I had to scraplift this.

I used Roseart crayons..you can use whatever you like. Ruth did crayola. I designed my chalkboard since I could not find one....so I used my DS program. The apple is cut @ 2 1/4" with DC and the bus is also from DC cut @ 2 3/4"...doodled with white and black gel pens. Used skittles, ribbon, crayons, and cut the base about 6 times with cardstock...added ribbon to back to hold it...and wala a teacher's gift. Thanks so much Ruth for the inspiration...and thank you Hobby Lobby for the idea.

Thanks for stopping by.

snowman wishes!

2nd post for today....I am trying to get started on my christmas cards...always need 60 or more. So I better start doing at least 2 a day. I made this cute snowman card...at least I think it is cute.

I used Winterwonderland...some jems and some scraps...doodled and wala a christmas card...easy peasy. I need to think of more easy cards and without alot of stuff on it, I don't want my family to have to pay extra for a stamp...I try to put enough postage but last year I added more than I should and some of my family had to pay another .08 cents...so this year I am making them simple.

Thanks for stopping by ..and have a great day.

Present cards....scraplifted.

Very simple...used a few scrap pieces, added k&company glitter flowers and a happy holiday stamp....enjoy...more to come. Thanks for stopping by.

You don't see that everyday!

This is my 2nd post....This is for a challenge through frosted designs...http://www.frosteddesigns.blogspot.com/...go check them out...they wanted you to use a quote ...either a quote you found or anything that your kids may have said....well this one is a quote from my 6 year old daughter...we were in Daytona, Fl and we saw a icecream truck coming up the beach and she said " YOU don't see that Everyday!"....I thought it was so cute...so I took a picture of her with the icecream truck and getting a popsicle on a hot day.

For this layout I used the pleating technique for my border on the bottom...added some ribbon and a icecream button.

DC (doodlecharm cart) for the popsicle cut @ 2", sun cut @ 2 1/2"

Birthday bash cart for the icecream cut @ 6" (hippo layer)

Simple Sweet for the title " You cut @ 1 1/2", don't cut @ 1", see cut @ 1", that cut @ 1" and everyday! cut @ 1 1/4".....

I used aleene's paper glaze for the icecream and popsicle to make it look real...good enough to eat..lol. doodled on the sun and journaled alittle on the bottom of layout.

Hope you enjoy...thanks for stopping by.
